DIY : Stripper Project. Muahahaha.

Stripping project started today! Waited for Jaguh to came around 2pm. Mok also came to help me and visiting her future mother in law~ Hahaha. So, lets get started:

My house will be messy for a few days. Sooo many unused parts in the dashboard will be in the box.

Moment of truth. Rear floor, no rust! Good.

Front? Well, looks good. Lets search deeper!

Sound deadening removal process.

After a while. Wire brush + manual way. Secret revealed!

While we were doing the floor, Mok did this with some help from AutoSol.

Dashboard had been removed. Dusty, messy, and a lot of unused parts. We will remove some parts to save a few kilos in the car.

Kinda dissapointed when I saw these holes that hide behind a carpet all this time.

The main culprit of the rust? Aircond panel. Yay~ Rain water was channeled inside the car through this hole. Need to seal this holes too.

Dashboard beam that need treatment too. Sigh.. Main problems of old Mazda; rusty firewall and aircond panel. Just like Megat of PlayHouse told me earlier.

Will continue the sound deadening removal tomorrow and maybe anti rust coat on Thursday maybe? Holes? I will send it to Play House Garage for a treatment. Anyway, thanks to Jaguh and Mok for helping me today. You guys are the best!

Photography : Oldschools Fever.

Event was organized by KKL a.k.a Kelab Kereta Lama (or in English its Old Car Club). I went there just to released the exam tension and was surprised with the total attendance. Around 15cars showed up and one thing I'd love with retro car club; whatever models you have, whatever the brand it is, you are welcome to the club as long as you have INTEREST in retro cars. Same goes to drifters, as long as you are interested with cars that went sideways, you are welcome to join the TTs and so on. That's something different compare to other car's club.

Anyway, some random pics:

Chatting session.

Skyline + SR20DET yo!

Josh from Ipoh (The one in red 140y in Kg Gajah Track Day) joined too!

I think I need more improvements on night shots.

Gotta love the sky from this angle.

More pics at the forum.

Story : Holiday's Project.

Internet problems occured when I arrived home, so here's some updates:

*Mok had been staying with my family since Thursday as a guest since we will only be going to Johore next week. Was having a little family business. Will tell y'all once Im confidence with it. Im doing it for my car!

*My brother bought a new hamster house, while Mok bought something, will tell y'all later, while me? I'd went shopping spree at IKEA. Just a new PC table and a chair.

*My messy room under renovation.

*As for Mok, she bought....

A new friends! Same species with Bulat and she's a baby. We called it Bulat Junior but the short name is BoBo. She's cute aint it? So quick for a replacement? Well, she's kinda 'relaxed' and act cutely when we were goofing around inside the pet shop. Mok took it, and she really behaved. So Mok think, this maybe can replace Bulat in her heart. So we adopt it! XD

Story : Rest In Peace, Bulat.

STROKES: Usually it is older hamsters that suffer from strokes; however, occasionally a younger one will be stricken. The first sign of an impending stroke is the hamster tires easily and may even collapse after using the wheel. Normally the hamster is paralyzed on one side, looses its sense of balance and sometimes tilts its head to one side. Keep the cage in a warm quiet environment. Until the hamster begins to recuperate, it may be necessary to hand feed and water it. It generally takes a couple of weeks before it is up and moving around. In some cases the head tilt is permanent. Even after recovery, it is recommended that the hamster be kept in an aquarium with no wheel.

========================================================================

At 6pm, I received a call from Mok and she was crying. She told me Bulat had gone. First thing I asked her was, how did she died? Mok said she died in her hamster ball while Bujur was still in the cage. Mok exercised them daily to make sure both of em are healthy.

When I met Mok downstairs, and saw myself Bulat was still in the Hamsterball. Froze and was on her back. Died because of unknown cause. Mok said Bulat didnt show any bad sign or etc. Sawing Bulat, I cant stop myself from crying too. This cute thing died in a ball with no valid reason. If only Bulat could talk or show some sign of illness, we might be getting her to veterinar already. I dont know why did I cried, but I just felt very pity to Mok since the first reason we bought Bulat was to keep Mok's company everyday, and very 'terkilan' coz she died with no reason.

Cause of death, unknown.

I asked Mok to dig a hole nearby the mosque coz I dont have the strength to put Bulat in the ground. Mok dug a medium size hole and she was crying when she pull Bulat from the wheel and even asked whether she wants to wake up or not before putting her into the hole. Again, I cried because I do knew Mok loves Bulat so much.

Im still crying while typing this. Laugh all you want, but Im a man that loves animal. She didnt deserve to died like this, in a ball, frozen, no reason.

Rest in peace my dear Bulat. Im not sure whether any other Dwarf Hamster can replace Bulat in Mok's heart.

More on her blog. But no update for the moment I think.
